A GMless RPG focusing on a broken community,

In Serpahim players work together to define a community, and the tensions and hardships found within. Seeking to explore a few unresolved issues, the players interact with them in the guise of the Seraphim, a supernatural being seeking to understand the inner workings of the community and bring them aid.
